Amber Jackson is the Founder and CEO of Hype & Harvest. With over 20 years of experience leading teams at globally recognized brands like Disney, Warner Bros. Discovery, and FIJI Water, Amber knows firsthand the challenges - and opportunities - facing today’s rising leaders.
Amber’s leadership philosophy is grounded in the belief that today’s new normal requires leaders to balance business goals, people, and self to find success. Through Hype & Harvest, she helps organizations build leadership pipelines that are resilient, inclusive, and ready for the unknown.
Amber holds an M.B.A. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a B.S. from Carnegie Mellon University.
